How to create an Olarm account

  1. Download the Olarm app from your phone's app store.
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and tap Create account.
  3. Select your country and enter your mobile number.
  4. Please tap on “I am human” and agree to the privacy policy as well as the terms and conditions.
  5. Tap Get started.
  6. Enter the 6 digit OTP sent to your mobile number and tap Confirm OTP.
  7. Enter your details and tap Next.
  8. Once account setup registration is complete you will need to sign into the app using the details above to start using the app.
  9. Notify us that you have signed up by providing us with the email address or phone number that you used during your sign up.

How to reset your password

  1. Open the app and tap on Sign in, this will take you to the sign in page.
  2. Tap on Forgot your password?
  3. Verify your account by entering the email or mobile number you used to sign up for your Olarm account,
  4. Tap Submit.
  5. Both methods will generate a 6 digit OTP via SMS.
  6. Enter the OTP and tap Submit.
    1. If you did not receive the SMS, tap on Resend Pin.
  7. Enter your new password twice and tap Save.
